JaPaul D. Vines created Perspective: The Power of Conversation after noticing how often people lacked the information and voices they needed to thrive. “You can’t act on what you don’t know,” JaPaul explains. “You can’t make changes in your life if you don’t know where to start. And you can’t support a brand, business, or event if you don’t know anything about it.” With that belief at the heart of his work, JaPaul launched the podcast on July 9, 2020, as a platform to educate, amuse, enlighten, and inspire listeners through meaningful dialogue and diverse themes. Through meaningful dialogue, the show educates, entertains, and inspires while tackling issues such as health, wellness, mental health awareness, and civic engagement.

In addition to hosting Perspective, JaPaul brings over twenty years of experience as a visionary theatre professional, director, acting coach, and playwright along with more than thirteen years in the customer service industry where he led and mentored diverse teams. Known for his high energy teaching and innovative productions, he is committed to making both theatre and conversation transformational experiences for all.
